Boone & Crockett Bow Hunts
Bow Hunting Only Property
Fully Guided 5 Day Hunt
Pre-Rut -- $2,400.00

With over 6,000 acres of trophy-managed, bow hunting only property in southern Ohio, we offer
the hardcore, serious bow hunter a legitimate chance to harvest a trophy whitetail. These properties
are a mixture of prime mid-west cropland and timber that are enhanced by our food plots,
supplemental feeders, and mineral licks.
We maintain sanctuary areas on these properties to insure the deer are not pressured off the
properties. The properties are intensely scouted year round, and if you elect to hunt the trophy area,
you will be hunting 150”+ bucks.
There is a 140 minimum on these hunts with a $750 penalty fee. The maximum number of hunters
allowed during any bow hunt period is six hunters! That’s 1000 acres per hunter or 1.5 square miles
per hunter! No other outfitter in the mid-west even comes close to that! We will not over hunt our
properties!
B&C properties are 2 hunters per guide.
Pope and Young Bow Hunts
Fully Guided 5 Day hunt

These hunts take place on additional 9,000 acres of great whitetail habitat. These hunts have a 130-
inch minimum with a $500 penalty fee for any buck harvested less than 130 inches. These
properties are not as intensely managed as the trophy properties but the opportunity to kill a monster
is still, definitely there. Remember, you are in Southern Ohio!
These hunts are comparatively priced with the other outfitters out there, but there is one big
difference! The properties are not over hunted! Maximum number of hunters during any bow hunt
period is nine. That’s 1000 acres per hunter! 1.5 square miles per hunter!
Shotgun / Muzzleloader Hunts
7 Day Shotgun Season -- $3,200.00
2 Day Shotgun Season -- $1,200.00
4 Day Muzzleloader Season --- $2,400.00
We use our gun season as a management tool for our deer herd. With over 9000 acres available to
gun hunt, the opportunity to harvest a monster buck is outstanding. There is a 130-inch minimum
on these hunts with a $500 penalty fee for any buck under 130". We also encourage the harvest of
does.
During this time frame, we reserve the right to allow more than one hunter per thousand acres
according to our herd population. Even though we don’t allow buck hunting during the gun season
on the bow hunting only property, we use the gun season on this property to manage the doe herd.
First gun season is a 7 day hunt, second gun season is a 2 day hunt, and our muzzleloader season is
a 4 day hunt.
